If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for stockings or panties unless the item is defective. Returns or exchanges are at the Customer’s expense.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact
- Free from makeup marks, fragrance, or signs of wear
When sending items back, please ensure:
- The sender’s name is clearly visible on the package
- Your order number is included inside the parcel
