Sinselier Return

We hope you love your Sinselier pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, returning your order is simple.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items should be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as hosiery, underwear, or bodysuits) may not be eligible unless faulty.

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Contact our customer care team with your order number and email address to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack your items securely, ideally in the original packaging, and include your order number inside the parcel.
  3. Send the parcel back to us using a tracked service.

Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

 

REFUNDS

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it usually takes 4–14 working days for us to process it.
  • Refunds are made back to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping charges, taxes, and customs duties are not refunded unless the item was faulty.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact support@sinselier.com within 14 days of receipt before sending anything back.
  • We’ll cover the return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
  • Faulty items will only be accepted if they were delivered damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of delivery.
  • Items showing signs of normal wear and tear cannot be accepted as faulty.

 

EXCHANGES

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

NOTES

  • Sale or personalised items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected
